Nope.after the 7 days.I saw today it charged me. Being this is a huge company like Adobe.I would have thought their tech skills would know I never received it.

I did not think I would have been into the trial since it never worked because how can you charge for a product someone never got. But, since I couldn't even get the thing to work.thinking maybe my Windows 7 or something else too old on my machine. Now, years later I recently went to try the new Illustrator and the download wouldn't even work on my computer.I was just going to try the free trial and cancel. I went to College for Graphic Design and learned to use Adobe products when they were first coming out and they were great. This is both time consuming and inconvenient having a knock on effect with work in the schedule for customers yet there has been no mention of compensation by way of free months subscription or similar. It seems that the only remedy is to completely uninstall all of Adobe Creative Cloud and its associated apps.

It does not help those of us who have had auto update on. To make matter worse there is no workaround for this issue! Although Adobe and Enfocus have sent out emails advising PitStop users on a Mac not to update Acrobat at this time. The Mac version of this update introduced a problem for PitStop Pro: when you select an object(s) in PitStop Pro, the selected objects and anchor points are not displayed.
